Gill began his carrier at Ems Mekorot Projects Ltd.  at the pre manufacture department

through the years he appointed to be the manager of the coordination department which coordinate between the deferent units and departments.

since 2010 Gill is holding the position of Ems Mekorot Marketing department Manager.
